4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

5. Dropshipping Note (UAE Standard)

As a dropshipping-based business, products are shipped directly from suppliers. Slight variations in packaging or delivery times may occur.
